Quality
assurance and food safety are corner stones of the Freshlink Foods philosophy.
Every product is produced under the strictest conditions and every step
of the process is monitored by the quality assurance team. At Freshlink
Foods, HACCP is an integral part of the day to day running of the factory.
The HACCP system is regularly tested to ensure that it is robust. This
system is reviewed and updated by the quality team in conjunction with
a cross section of the team and there is regular team training on HACCP.
Achieving Grade A EFSIS in 2005, was another major achievement for Freshlink
Foods and further instils confidence in our system.
